Our trips to Varadero

Hotel Arenas Blancas

Last year, we stayed at the hotel next door. We choose Arenas Blancas this year, because it is located in the town of Varadero and walking distance to the markets, restaurants and local bars. We also like the fact that it is located right on the beach!

Last March break, Phil and I traveled to Varadero, where we were engaged. We really enjoy this section of Cuba, as it has so much to offer! It is a safe place to leave the resort and explore the Cuban culture. There are many good restaurants, bars (where a few of you may indulge...), markets and beach, beach, beach! We have even made some friendships with the local Cubans. Here are some links to information on the town.
